Products we supply

We supply a full range of products from many different quality manufacturers. Each product is chosen to ensure that the final solution that we provide you with meets your requirements, and is as energy and cost efficient as possible. Here are just a few example of the types of product that we specify, supply, install and maintain.

Cassette Units

Application: The cassette unit has been designed to be fitted in rooms with ceiling voids. Unobtrusive and flexible, only the fascia panel is visible.

Features: Many units have Airflow control which assists in preventing dust from accumulating around the louvres and discolouring the ceiling. These units have motorised louvres for good air distribution and are available with one way, two way and four way airflow. The louvre and grille on many brands are removable for cleaning; all models feature a washable air filter.

High Wall Units

Application: High wall units are designed to be installed internally at high level on the wall.

Features: The airflow discharge auto louvre mode ensures air distribution to all parts of the room, alternatively it can be locked in a fixed position. Many units incorporate special filters such as plasma or ionising, to provide enhanced air quality. These units can have both a cooling and heating mode. Heating efficiency can be in excess of 4.0 on some models, this coefficient of performance enables the unit to heat far more efficiently than a conventional boiler with radiators.

Ducted Models

Application: Ducted models are designed to be installed in a ceiling void, roof space, behind a concealed bulkhead or other similar location. Only the supply and return air grilles will be visible. Many manufacturers also offer a slim ducted unit which is designed to be used where there is a particularly shallow ceiling void.

Features: Ducted units are ideal for rooms of an irregular shape, as grilles can be fitted at suitable positions, such that air will reach all parts of the internal space. Grilles can be fitted in either walls or ceiling, as long as the building layout and air conditioning installation permits. Low noise levels can be achieved with ducted units; these are inherently quieter as the fan is some distance from the air outlet. Sound attenuators can be added in particularly critical applications where noise levels are a major consideration.

Under Floor or Ceiling Units

Application: These units are fitted under the ceiling within the room, where there is no ceiling void available; they can be particularly suited to rooms with a fixed plasterboard ceiling.

Features: These units have good air throw due to the dynamics of the air discharge being across and immediately below the ceiling. They are available with a range of room controllers, which offers the user the facility to select the most appropriate mode of operation. Washable filters are incorporated making maintenance a cost-effective operation. Underceiling units are often the solution to an air conditioning requirement when no other type of indoor unit can be fitted, or when a good air throw is required.

Outdoor Condensing Units

Application: An outdoor unit is required on all conventional air conditioning installations. These can be single units, multi units (these serve several rooms from one outdoor unit), or the largest VRV type of product which can provide up to 90 kW of cooling. They can be fitted at floor level, at roof level or on wall brackets, depending on the application.

Features: Modern units have a small footprint thanks to the latest technology which incorporates components of a reduced size due to the highly efficient refrigerants now in use. The latest units are very energy efficient and can save up to 50% energy use when compared to old style equipment, due to the inverter drive compressors which are incorporated. Due to the increased efficiency, tax breaks can be achieved by virtue of reduced vat for some domestic installations and enhanced capital allowances for business use, for qualifying products.
